If your Pieceful table arrives damaged or faulty, or it just isn't for you, message us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it.
How to start a return
Email us at pieceful.us@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (and a photo if the item arrived damaged or faulty). We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
Condition
For change-of-mind returns, the table should be unused and in its original packaging with all parts. Damaged or faulty items are always covered.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is wrong, so we can make it right.

Free fast US shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States.
- Standard shipping: free. Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 business day and arrive in 1 to 3 business days.
- Express shipping: $15, available at checkout.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Holidays
Carriers get busy the week before Christmas. To be safe, order by mid-December for a Christmas delivery.

We try to show our products, colours and prices as accurately as we can. Puzzles and decorations shown in photos are not included. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in case of a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be fully refunded.
